The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Solicitor for their Leeds office.

The work will be high-quality and the varied caseload will make for an interesting role. You will deal with a broad mix of commercial property matters, advising both regional and national clients.

You will cover a varied caseload making for an interesting role including acquisitions, disposals, property management, finance, landlord and tenant matters and development projects. Clients will include landlords, developers, housebuilders and banks.

This role will give you an excellent level of client exposure and comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 1-4 years PQE
You will have experience in a hands-on role, with good client contact
You will possess strong technical knowledge
You should have a meticulous eye for detail
You will deal with high-quality work, as part of an innovative team
