Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

Hours: 36 per week, shifts on a rota basis

Salary: £9.70 - £10.60 per hour

Grove Park Care Home, in Leeds is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Care Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming team. If you're a dedicated healthcare professional with experience in team leadership, then we want to hear from you.

Please note: for this position it is essential that you hold or are working towards a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

How you care for our residents:

(Key responsibilities)

Provide person centred care to our residents in all aspects of their daily living
Supervise a team of carers and support them in delivering the high-quality care Avery is rewarded for
Provide cover for the Senior and Nursing teams as and when needed
Help to promote independence and dignity in all of our residents
Ensure that all clinical records are kept secure and are updated at the appropriate times
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues
