Are you an experienced technologist, a senior engineer/architect with broad experience who loves working with people to tackle large strategic questions?
As a Strategy Architect you will spend time with the people of the Flutter group, learning about the architecture of all of the group systems and collaborating with the most senior technologists and stakeholders across the group to develop compelling target architectures and thought leadership for our most strategic endeavours.
In this role you will take a collaborative approach to reviewing the overall architectural strategy of the group and have experience of leading at an enterprise architecture level.
As part of this collaborative approach you will be comfortable leading and facilitating workshops, holding 1-2-1 catch ups with colleagues and networking across the group to understand where the groups architecture is performing well, and what can be improved.
Primary accountabilities:
· Collaboratively formulate, gain agreement and drive group-wide architectural strategies
· Build high quality, high trust relationships with architects, developers as well as technology and product/commercial leadership across the Flutter group
· Facilitate of the workings of cross-divisional architecture processes, including the Flutter Global Design Council.
· Directly develop, and facilitate the development of comprehensive, objective and useful depictions of technology architectures across the Flutter group to build the shared understandings and narratives necessary for high quality strategic decision making for all stakeholders

Experience:
· Broad knowledge of the technologies supporting a modern online business and how to apply them
· Experience in an architecture or enterprise architecture role in a high paced organisation of significant scale
· Ability to work with a wide variety of technical contributors to develop a high fidelity understanding of the overall operating platforms.
· Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders across a variety of disciplines, locations and seniority levels.
· A relationship builder and motivator who will thrive on working closely with internal teams and external parties
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Energetic, flexible, adaptable, and able to drive change
· Ability to work to exacting deadlines
· Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills
