Admin Officer

Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of our client, HMCTS based in Bradford City Centre; we have a role available for an experienced administrator to join the team on full time basis,

This is a Temporary Position until March 2022 (possibility of extension)

Location: Exchange Square, Drake Street, Bradford, BD1 1JA
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours)
Pay: £9.06ph rising to £9.78ph after 12 weeks in the assignment

Responsibilities include:

Extracting and Filing court records.
Attaching documents to court files and e-documents to e-files.
Preparing files for court hearings and hosting court hearings as court clerk (this could be face to face or remotely by telephone or Microsoft Teams)
Dealing with customer queries either face to face at the counter or by telephone, email or letter.
General administrative duties

What we are looking for:

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Great customer service skills
Very strong and recent administration background
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multitask
Quick learner
Organisational skills are essential
Being able to work independently following initial training and with guidance to refer to
Excellent sickness record
