CNC Miller (Nights)

Lodestone Recruitment is working in partnership with our client in the Bradford area who has a requirement for a CNC Miller working on nights. Due to continued growth, this is an opportunity for someone to progress their career in a successful, well-established, and stable engineering business.

The Company
This engineering business manufactures and supplies a highly specified product to a global customer base. Sectors they feed into include automotive, yellow goods, oil, marine and aerospace applications. The company has a strong reputation for quality and workmanship and has been a leader in their field for almost a century.

What We Are Looking For
The successful CNC Miller will have the following:

Ideally be apprentice trained or time served CNC Miller.
Must be able to set and operate using Okuma and/or Fanuc based controls.
Programming or editing experience using Okuma and Fanuc controls would be beneficial.
Ability to understand engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing, working to close tolerances. What Do You Get? The successful CNC Miller will receive the following:

A salary of £32,800 - 34,700/annum
Shift: Regular Night shift - Monday - Thursday 7:45pm - 6am (39 hour week)
Overtime available and paid at T1/2
Permanent position from day one
20 nights holiday + stats
Onsite parking / easily accessible on public transport
