Job description

An opportunity to join a newly formed internal logistics team within a fast paced manufacturing/Engineering environment. This is a permanent opportunity within the Bradford area, easily accessible via public transport. Chance to work for a Global organisation, with genuine development and progression.

Key responsibilities for the FLT Logistics role:

Using the Fork Lift Truck to manoeuvre parts and components around site in accordance with daily requirements.
Deliver all packaging materials (e.g. boxes, pallets, labels) to all lines.
Pack Finished Goods ready for dispatch, including wrapping and labelling.
Order picking and manual handling
Ensure a high quality of service for both internal and external customers.
General upkeep and housekeeping of the warehouse environment with focus.
FLT Driver Specification:

Experience of working within, warehousing, logistics & stock control
Worked within a manufacturing environment
Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Team player
Computer literate
The ability to work on own initiative when required
Counterbalance License
The FLT Driver must hold an in-date Counter Balance Licence for this position.
Benefits for the FLT Driver:
In return the FLT Driver will receive a rate of £9.60p to £10.60 overtime at a time and a half
This is a temp to perm opportunity on a regular day shift of 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday 1pm Friday.
