Hays Technology are looking for PMO Analyst to help our client in supporting, tracking and reporting on the delivery of significant, large scale & complex change. The role involves working closely with the PMO team and the business to ensure appropriate governance and control is in place to track and report change delivery, at a project, programme and portfolio level. The salary on offer is between \u00A332,000 and \u00A335,000. The role includes a hybrid working scheme where you will be expected to work in the Bradford office for 2-3 days and have the option to work remotely for the rest of the week.

What you'll be working on

* Support the delivery of projects using the company's methodologies and processes to ensure appropriate governance and control.
* Track and report against plan, review and report on trends, prepare and evaluate against forecast at project, programme and portfolio level.
* Support the tracking of benefits realisation through the timely creation and reporting of accurate data relating to project delivery and control against forecasts for costs and benefits.
* Act as a peer in the PMO, ensuring clarity of split of role and responsibilities, providing guidance and support in the implementation of governance and templates.Work with PMO and business stakeholders to understand report requirements to support metrics and reporting needs.

* Track, analyse and report on variances against plan in time and costs from both a CAPEX and OPEX perspective.
* Prepare, maintain and consolidate relevant reports and dashboards, interpret data and trends to support the demand, status reporting and capacity planning process.

Our client is an organisation close to the centre of Bradford which supplies and distributes products on large and extensive scale who are seeking to hire a senior PMO analyst to drive discipline, efficiency and standardisation against a common set of best practices, principles and templates for program & project delivery, demand & capacity management.

What we are looking for

* Strong and demonstrable proven PMO experience.
* Experience in project management methodologies, tools and techniques (both Waterfall and Agile) preferred.
* Strong and demonstrated experience in analytical methods and techniques.
* An analytical mindset with a strong and demonstrated ability to collect, analyse, interpret and report data using recognized tools, standards and techniques.
* Ability to understand and translate the implications to plan and forecasts of changes to dates and dependencies.
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work within multi-organizational, cross functional teams composed of individuals with expertise in a large number of disciplines.

What you'll get in return

The role offers a salary between \u00A332,000 and \u00A335,000 and a performance-based bonus as well as a competitive 33-day annual leave. The role will be worked remotely as well as 2-3 days working in the Bradford office.
