Job description

This role is advertised by Smart Solutions on behalf of our client who is looking for *Weighbridge Administrator* for pay of *£10.00* per hour in the *Bradford *area.

This role is responsible for the operation of a busy Weighbridge on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that acceptable waste matter entering or leaving the Recycling Facility is accounted for The role is ongoing with chance of permanent contract after 12 weeks with weekly pay at £10.00 per hour.

*Candidate Requirements: *

· Ensuring all waste-in and waste-out movements and internal movements are recorded accurately and certifying that details are accurate and paperwork is complete in accordance with legislative requirements.

· Ensuring that the despatch of material meet all legal and regulatory requirements.

· Maintenance of daily stock control data including unprocessed stock, work in progress and finished stock.

· The collation and supply of reports from the weighbridge data system for site management as required.

· The collation of production records including incurred breakdown and down-time.

· Accurate processing of information to ensure details for invoicing are correct and complete.

· Site reception duties including handling and forwarding incoming calls, taking and passing messages and greeting and signing in visitors and issuing PPE to visitors.

Candidates will have recent experience in a similar role (preferably in the waste industry although other process based industries will be considered). A good understanding of waste regulations, duty of care, transfer notes is required. Due to the variety of the role, excellent organisation skills are essential. Mobile Plant ticket would be advantageous.

*Hours of work - Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00*
