Business Analyst for a national organisation looking to mature the function, up to £55,000 + car + benefits

Your role will focus on working with key business stakeholders to document, analyse and communicate business requirements and support them through design and delivery including UAT and business readiness. You will use consistent and methodical techniques to interpret and capture processes, information flows and data structures to support the successful delivery of projects. Ultimately, you will be the bridge to interpret, analyse and translate between the customer, business and the delivery teams. Be responsible for surfacing business needs or problems and translating them into a language which can be understood by business stakeholders and technical teams. You will also work with business stakeholders to design and develop business models and non-technical solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you will liaise with key stakeholders to provide the analysis and evidence to support senior leaders to make decisions on key change projects, ensuring sure benefits are quantified and planned.

You will elicit business requirements from relevant stakeholders ahead of vendor engagement or process mapping exercise, by using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys and business process descriptions. You will critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and translate high-level information into detail in order to gain a true understanding of what needs have to be met.

You will take ownership for creating and updating process documentation, devising and co-ordinating system and end user test plans, co-ordinating UAT, including developing user test scripts, coaching and guiding key business areas in business readiness planning, training - support the creation and delivery of training, and ensuring project implementation, monitoring of successful embedding, warranty and transition to BAU.

We're looking for a strong Business Analyst who has operated ideally in a national organisation with multiple project sites, who has evidence of running/managing business process/analysis workshops, and the creation business process/analysis maps and recommendations for change. You'll have a strong understanding of 'AS-IS' and 'TO-BE' process and can explain how you have investigated these. You will be comfortable in presenting at executive or senior stakeholder level and have Matrix management skills in working with the delivery team and senior stakeholders across the business.

For this position you will get a salary up to £55000 per annum depending on experience, 5% employer pension contribution, £6000 car allowance, 25 days Holiday plus Bank Holiday, performance related bonus and most importantly a flexible working pattern.
