Job description

*Office Administrator / Receptionist*

Our client is looking for a receptionist to work out of their regional office in Doncaster . The length of the contract is 4 weeks and the start date is ASAP

*Responsibilities & Duties*

*
* Managing the phone, meeting and greeting visitors and providing an efficient contact route into the management teams
* Ensure effective systems are used to support the operational needs of the Account
* Develop efficient ways of planning and programming activities associated with the role
* Make efficient use of standard IT and phone packages to efficiently manage own time and that of the management team
* Ensure compliance with systems and procedures
* Understand the HS&E legislation and the Health Safety and Environmental Plans applicable to the Account
* Stationary ordering
* Meet and greet visitors and issue visitor's passes
* Telephony and email
* Weigh and frank post and manage the special delivery of letters and parcels

And any other jobs applicable to the role and requested by the Facilities Manager

The pay rate offered is £9.50 per hr PAYE

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30.
