Job description

Creative Support is a thriving and progressive national charity, with a passion for delivering high quality, person-centred and meaningful services which promote the personal development of the people who use them.

We are looking for a warm, approachable and motivated individual to work alongside our Service Manager and Community Links and Assessment Coordinator to provide an outcome-focused support service for people over the age of 18 who are identified as having mental health needs and requiring housing-related support to enable them to benefit from:

• Improved mental health
• Tenancy sustainment
• Maximisation of independent living skills
• Improved engagement with the landlord/accommodation providers
• Better money management/debt and arrears reduction
• Improved safety within the home e.g. reduction in hoarding and safer living conditions
• Reduced homelessness and threat of homelessness
• Better management of substance misuse issues
• Access to volunteering opportunities
