Part-Time Behaviour Support Assistant

The role

We would be interested to hear from committed, passionate and dynamic individuals who want to help ensure that all students reach their full potential in school. Working alongside the class teacher providing general classroom support or working 1:1 with individual students requiring additional support. The position would include liaising collaboratively with colleagues and outside agencies to ensure the correct support is in place for identified learners. Case-load working is essential to this position, as is the ability to maintain student records.

The role would be ideal for anyone with experience working with young people and who would like to transfer their skills into the classroom where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of the students.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you must:

Have recent experience working with young people
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team
Have a passion for working with SEND pupils
