Job description

A new opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a progressive Construction business, on the back of growth and secured pipeline of work well into 2022 and beyond.

Having been awarded a range of traditional build and residential projects across the Yorkshire region, this successful Contracting business is now seeking to appoint a talented Quantity Surveyor to work either from the company's office in York (with site visits as required) or on site in West Yorkshire (most likley Huddersfield).

The Role and requirements:

As Quantity Surveyor you will carry out all commercial duties for new build scheme(s) typically ranging in value up to £20m.

* The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record as Quantity Surveyor in a Contracting environment.

* Experience of Residential projects would be preferred.

* Construction related qualification, ideally HND or above.

* Teamwork, good communication skills.
