Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position would be at least 1 year supply teaching experience.

Teaching roles on a supply basis covering absence.

The role
The ideal Special Educational Needs Teacher will have QTS however an experienced tutor would be considered. The role of supply would be to cover absence on a daily basis where needed. This role would suit a Special Educational Needs Teacher who is looking for flexibility and enjoys working within different settings.

The school
Vision for Education are looking for Teachers / Tutors to work in Special Needs settings across Kirklees as the need occurs. We work with a number of settings that cater for students with different Special Educational Needs e.g. PMLD / Autism / SEMH etc.

Requirements
To be considered for the Special Educational Needs Teacher position, you will:

Ideally have Qualified Teacher Status or Degree equivalent
Experience supporting young people with additional needs.
