We've gone through a huge period of growth, and now need to recruit a number of permanent Warehouse Team Leaders to support the team at either our Elland or Huddersfield sites, both located just off the M62.We have the following set shifts available:AMPM + 5% shift allowanceNights + 15% shift allowanceWe offer fixed shifts, a competitive salary of up to £27,000 DOE plus 5% shift allowance for PM shift and 15% shift allowance for night shift allowance, along with incredible opportunities to progress in your career, we're a fast paced and growing business having more than doubled our turnover, tripled our headcount, and continue to push the boundaries of e-tail.More about the RoleYou will bring with you your experience of leading a team to succeed within a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting the Shift Manager in the running of the shift.You'll be responsible in leading a team of 15+ warehouse operatives to ensure all items are received, put away and despatched to meet our business targets and most importantly our customers' expectations.You'll be making sure that all warehouse policies, health and safety procedures and protocols are followed by yours and the wider team.You be the first point of call on the floor, you will take responsibility for motivating the team to meet their targets and deadlines, support with the induction and training of new starters and planning and organising the team's workload.We're interested in a self-motivated, self-starter who's looking to develop and succeed within a growing team and company.About YouWe're keen to find someone who has previous experience working as a team leader, within a similar warehouse / logistics environment.You need to have excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivational and planning skills as well.
