Job description

We are currently recruiting for Switchboard Operators working within a busy hospital environment based in Hull. These roles are initially temporary with the possibility of extensions.

Full Time hours available covering hours between 07.00am - Midnight.

The switch board operates a 24/7 service. Working on a rotational shift pattern across a 7-day period.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and hardworking with good time management and excellent communication skills. Full training will be provided

Pay: -

Monday - Friday 6am - 8pm

£8.92

Monday - Friday 8pm - 6am & Sat

£12.58

Sunday & Bank Holiday

£16.32

Duties and responsibilities to include: -

Answering switchboard calls in a timely and professional manner
Ensuring callers are transferred accurately
Dealing with a range of enquiries including unusual queries which require problem solving skills
Speaking to members of the public as well as internal staff

This post is subject to a DBS check
