Summary
The following vacancy is advertised directly by the disabled person/ representative who receives support from the Direct Payment Support Service. Further information: A friendly and bubbly PA is required to support woman in her own home in the HU11 area of Hull. The ideal PA will be Honest, trustworthy and be prepared to be flexible. You should have a genuine interest in working with disabled people, be kind, trustworthy and have a confident nature with the ability to remain calm. A driver is preferred but not essential. However, a car is provided for use in the work setting. Duties will include but are not limited to personal care, going out into the community, some housework and food preparation, support to attend medical appointments. Experience would be an advantage but is not essential. Applicants should also have a strongly developed sense of social justice in the supporting the social inclusion of disabled people in their local community.
