Further information: A Personal Assistant is required to provide support for a 24-year-old man in the Bransholme area of Hull.

The young man has complex needs and is a wheelchair user. As the young man's personal assistant you will be required to provide support with feeding, personal care, some cleaning and social activities.

The successful applicant will need NVQ level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent experience. All necessary training will be provided.

A car driver with access to their own vehicle would be preferred. The successful applicant will be employed subject to a satisfactory DBS check.

Applicants should have a genuine interest in working with disabled people, be honest and trustworthy, and have a confident nature with the ability to remain calm. In addition applicants should be good at communicating, and be able to build good relationships with people, based on trust and respect.

Rate of pay £10.62 per hour. Please quote reference C032.
