KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to the Head of Admissions, Admissions Officers have the following responsibilities:
Year round
- Responding to enquiries over the phone and by email
- Enquiry tracking and follow-ups to maximise enrolments
- Acting as the single point of contact with bookings/Agents for their respective School(s), delivering exceptional customer care
- Communicating in a thorough, informative and friendly manner to foster close and supportive relationships
- Processing bookings, gathering student information and data management with the Salesforce CRM system in an efficient and accurate manner
- Attending and contributing to weekly meetings with Finance, Marketing and Management, reporting on data, including booking trends, enquiry quality and sales insights
During Courses
- Oversee any welfare and pastoral issues, liaising between parents and the School management team
- Be the key contact for the Welfare Coordinator of your School
- Provide feedback to parents on student progress
- Provide feedback to the school from parents - any positive feedback, as well as any concerns
- Contribute to the updating of the school blog

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience and interest in at least one of the following areas:
- Education | Tourism | Working with young people | Customer Care/Sales
- An effective and confident communicator, possessing excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to think analytically, with a logical approach to work
- Ability to work autonomously and to take ownership of tasks
- Strong administrative (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook), time-management and organisational skills
- Patient and empathetic, with a good telephone manner
- Enthusiasm, ability to work well in a team, and a strong sense of fun
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience of using Salesforce or other CRM system
- Experience in successfully managing customer relationships
- Experience in sales
- Experience of foreign languages or cultures through travel or work
- Driving License
CONTRACT INFORMATION
Working Hours: Due to the nature of the business, additional working hours will be necessitated. When courses are in operation, this includes weekend and some evening working, but will not be more than 6 days per week. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, we will offset any 6-day weeks worked with 4-day weeks after the summer courses.
Start Date: January 2022
