A highly established Independent Property and Construction Consultancy are looking to speak with Intermediate level Building Surveyors to join their Leeds based team.

You will be working closely with the MRICS Senior Surveyors and Project Directors, this role will heavily involve being responsible for delivering a professional service to a wide range of clients offering; alterations, refurbishment, renovations, building defect solutions on a vast range of property sectors.

This role would be ideal for someone currently working towards their APC to become MRICS Accredited and already have experience within a Property/Construction Consultancy environment.

Main Requirements:

BSc in Building Surveying and RICS Accredited.
pre-acquisition surveying
Design Specification and Contract Administration
Post qualification experience within Building surveying environment
Ability to establish a good working relationship with Clients and colleagues
Self motivated and able to work without supervision
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Good communication and customer skills
Ability to demonstrate flexible approach to work
A knowledge of current legislation, e.g. Health & Safety, CDM, Building Regulations,
Offer stock condition/Acquisition surveys, show Auto CAD skills, Dilapidation work and excellent inspection work.
