Job description

Fixed Term Contract up to 18 months

Apprenticeship Rates Level 2

(16yrs to 17yrs) £4.78 per hour, £9,222 PA

(18yrs to 20yrs) £6.72 per hour, £12,965 PA

(21yrs to 22yrs) £8.52 per hour, £16,437 PA

(23yrs +) £8.91 per hour, £17,189 PA

WHAT WE DO

The Yorkshire Centre for Training & Development specialises in Bespoke Training, Compliance & Professional Development and Funded Training for organisations, we're a new and fast-growing brand within the Luminate Education Group; one of the UK's largest education groups. Focusing on developing workforce skills, our activities include working with individuals to give them basic skills they need to enter meaningful employment, delivering a schedule of high-quality programmes to enhance the skills of businesses employees, and working with organisations to design, build and develop learning and organisational development interventions to improve their performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, efficient, and task-orientated individual to join the team, you'll have an essential role in the administration of our records. Each year we process a high volume of data from our clients which must be processed with high attention to detail to ensure compliance with our, and our funders, rigorous policies and regulations.

You will be passionate about process, making sure we consistently achieve deadlines, meet compliance standards, and consequently receive our funding and payment.
You will act as first point of contact for queries relating to our records; communicating effectively with stakeholders including learners, employers, and colleagues.
You will have day to day responsibility for processing applications in line with policies and regulations, meeting set targets and deadlines.
Be responsible for responding to a high volume of enquiries, applications, or enrolments in a timely manner.
Develop detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the records process and eligibility criteria for funding to provide accurate information to learners and employers.

YOUR PROFILE

You will be a self-starter with excellent administrative skills, and a drive to grow and develop within the role and department.
Excellent customer service skills, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Good digital skills such as spreadsheets and emails, as well as an ability to learn new software and systems.
