You have a strong sense of ownership and are a staunch advocate for the end user, always solving for them to have the best experience possible.You embrace a Design Thinking working environmentYou have worked in a fast paced Agile environment delivering design solutions into the team.More specifically:You have proven experience working in digital product design teamsYou have deep expertise in UX Design & User Research and will obsess over the users need and pain pointsYou are highly skilled at creating interaction design solutions and prototypes for desktop, web and mobile applicationsYou're able to help the Product Owners prioritise the backlogsYou're able to contribute in User research as a facilitator or as an observer and help synthesise research findings in order to help define the roadmap of the squadWHAT YOU'LL DO:As a UX designer, you will be responsible for a set of activities including: driving a solution vision based on business and user insights, designing desirable and intuitive multi-channel experiences, developing wireframes and visual designs, and iteratively validating solutions with users.Furthermore:You will conduct or observe user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeysYou will create distinctive, branded digital experiences that are desirable and consistent across multiple platforms, devices and channelsChampion & embrace a Design Thinking working environmentPresent research/insights/designs back to large audiences and senior stakeholders.You will develop new product concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs and screen flows, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutionsYou will create compelling visual designs that align to Farnell's brand standards and conduct concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutionsYou will actively collaborate as part of an Agile team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accuratelyA CAREER WITH FARNELL:A career at Farnell means you will work alongside remarkable people who will help you reach your full potential and have a successful career with us.
