Hays Technology are looking for a Data Professional to join our large private sector client in the heart of Leeds. You will be joining an established team which are seeking new candidates as part of the organisations continued growth.

You'll be part of an enterprise data and analytics team working on projects across a number of products and programmes but keeping core development principles in all spaces. You will have the ability to understand system process and apply this learning to the creation of data tables. You will have the capability to collect data from data warehouses as well as non-strategic stores, untangle complex data across multiple operational systems to create scheduled daily outputs that will be consumed across the business

What you will be doing:

* You will develop new products (or iterate existing structures) to keep relevancy in line with business development and need.
* You will have a keen eye for maintenance - working to support maintained performance and quality of existing builds.
* You will work within (and add to) FND's strategy, standards and governance
* You will be responsible for investigating problems when they arise, communicating effectively with stakeholders and working with supplier teams where required to find resolution

Who you will be working for:
This organisation provides the capability for over 500 Communications Providers to provide service, broadband and data services to consumers and businesses across the UK. Their network covers 30 million customers and 8 million broadband lines from approximately 5,500 local exchanges. Broadband connections have become a necessity to customers at home and at work and the demands of our infrastructure reflect that importance.

What we are looking for:

* You will have a proven track record and background working within ETL processes
* You will have evidenced competence in Oracle SQL, PL\/SQL or background in Cloud based technologies with GCP being desirable
* You will possess a capability to automate, schedule and create dependencies within procedures
* You'll have demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into robust, workable solutions
