Your New Company

This established legal practice prides itself on demonstrating real insight into their clients and what matters to them. The new division of the firm will be in charge of providing the firm and clients, across the UK, with quality interim legal support and also including HR, Compliance, Legal Project Management and Legal Operations.

Key responsibilities:

* Support the Business Development Manager with marketing and engagement activity for AG Integrate legal resourcing. Including creating and drafting relevant content for social media platforms, campaigns and business development activity.
* Copywriting in an Integrate tone of voice and thorough proof reading
* Assisting and planning digital marketing campaigns, alongside agency resource, including SEO, email, conversion rate optimisation and paid media.
* Clear briefing and management of in-house graphic design team and external suppliers to create new content
* Manage, maintain and optimise website - drafting content, managing stock inventory, creating new assets.
* Manage client and internal reporting requirements, providing timely and accurate reports using Bullhorn CRM system and recruitment metrics.
* Drafting assignment schedule paperwork and tracking extensions
* Liaise and book Client Relationship Partner introductions for successful Consultant placements.
* LinkedIn Recruiter Licence management. Posting job adverts for the team and identifying quality consultants when required
* Maintain regular contact with active consultants whilst on assignment updating our Bullhorn CRM system daily
* End to end co-ordination of online training and events for our consultants and clients where applicable
* Responsible for all MI reports including drafting bespoke reports as required

Skills and experience:

This role would suit someone with a strong administration background, who is looking for the opportunity to develop their marketing, MI and event management skills in a busy, fast paced role. The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a professional services setting, and have excellent written and numerical skills. An ability to manage competing deadlines, complex information and enjoy a fast paced environment

* An approachable manner, used to building rapport across all areas of engagement
* Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders across a business; Partners, Marketing and building credible, strong relationships.
* High level of professionalism, pro-active approach to working, with a flexibility to get involved in wide ranging projects
* An ambitious, confident, client focused professional with a practical can-do mentality.
* Exposure to a busy client facing function in a law firm or professional service firm.
* A good understanding and practical experience of recruitment.
* Ideally a degree in Marketing or related field, or marketing accreditation
* A digital native; experience of, or strong interest in, digital marketing
* Previous experience of CRM such as Bullhorn.
