Senior Site Manager, Leeds city centre, Perm role

Your new company
This award-winning Principle Contractor is looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The opportunity is Leeds based and the role will be part of developing 250 homes outside of Leeds city centre.

Your new role
You will be involved from the initial site set up, including the implementation of footpaths and signage throughout the site, You will be involved in the induction of the site personal, managing sub-contractors and direct staff. Liaising with clients and reporting on progress also the conduction quality and safety inspections around site.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be passionate and motivated with a strong proven record in residential build industry primarily around the city centre location. You will have experience for a principle contractor managing sub-contractor packages.
You will be managing a team, so must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
You will be required to show your SMTS card and first aid certification.
