Freight Account Manager
Starting Salary: £20,000 + company car and uncapped monthly commission
Location: Wakefield
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm
Salary rises to £50k basic over the course of 2 years

Due to continued growth and success, we have been tasked with finding; tenacious, focused, results driven sales professionals who have a real knack for building and developing relationships.
The Opportunity
This is not your average telesales role, this is a combination of Business Development and Account Management, obviously with an emphasis on sales in the early days whilst you build your portfolio of clients.
Whilst you will be working internally with a team of professionals who are supportive, high spirited and motivated and the training you will receive prepares you for the objectives you will be working towards, you will have the freedom to visit clients on a weekly basis in order to secure their business.
If you are looking for a fantastic earning potential then you needn't look further - with a 27 month development plan in place, as long as you are achieving, you can see your basic salary increase up to £50K! Plus an uncapped and generous commission structure.
The Role

A this stage in your career you must be able to demonstrate ambition, personality, determination and above all else, a 'can do' attitude.
You will be required to proactively source leads, profile customers, close business through to completion and maintain relationships with the clients you bring on through outbound professional conversations.
You will be:
Fundamentally we are looking for personality, a desire to earn money and someone with a full UK driving licence due to the nature of needing to visit clients in the workplace.

- Maintaining a real drive to succeed, as this is a demanding fast paced role
- There is no limit or timescale to the progression to high earnings, the more clients you bring on board the quicker you will earn and the faster you'll progress
