2BM Recruitment are working in partnership with our client in the Sheffield area who have a requirement for a Permanent Machine Operator working 39 hours per week on rotating Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts Monday to Friday. Excellent opportunity to join an established company as a Permanent Machinist and earn additional bonus and overtime.

Your Pay & Benefits:

Permanent job paying £23,377.00 per annum (after training). Following structured training you will receive full bonus and the potential to earn more based on the productivity from your machine and working overtime. Excellent Overtime rates paying £12.95 per hour mid week and £19.42 per hour at the weekend. Full time role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday on shifts: Mornings 6am - 2pm, Afternoons 2pm - 10pm and nights 10pm - 6am.

Job Details:

As a Permanent Machine Operative your duties will include:

· Loading and unloading machine.

· Machine operating.

· Ensuring that your machine is running to fully capacity to meet production targets.

· Reporting any issues to your team leader.

· Adhering to health and safety at all times.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills / qualifications / attributes;

Experienced shop floor machinist or a standout candidate that will be offered training.

Preferably you will have engineering or manufacturing experience, but this is not essential.

You will have a positive can-do attitude and be a team player.

Self-motivated and driven.

Ability to follow instruction and work safely at all times. You must be able to provide a satisfactory reference.
