Job Title: Operations AdministratorPay Rate: £18,500Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pmLocation: Sowerby BridgeContract: PermanentStart Date: ASAPWe are currently seeking a driven Operations Administrator for the world's leading manufacturers and installers of flame-retardant fabrics, flooring, drapery and stage engineering solutions in Sowerby bridge. The role holder will assist the Warehouse Manager and associated departments with various admin tasks throughout the day. They will work closely with other key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.ResponsibilitiesManage pick lists throughout the day and in advance for the following day.Set up and maintain a system for filing for all paperwork in an organised manner.Liaise with the Warehouse Manager and provide relevant information for all manufactured jobs due to go out that day.Liaise with the Accounts department to release orders awaiting payment.Print out daily reports and notify the Purchasing department to follow up, as per the daily processes.Prepare and help facilitate the daily huddle with the Warehouse Operatives, alongside the Warehouse Manager.Book all items into the system and inform all relevant departments.Check and monitor fabric request alerts for works orders.At all times, update the Warehouse Manager on issues that may occur relating to the warehouse.Alongside the Warehouse Manager, assist in the implementation of cycle counts.Upload data into systems where required, with accuracy and attention to detail given.General admin duties across the office, including printing, photo copying, manning shared e- mail box and answering the telephone.Ensure that the warehouse notice board is kept up to date and is accurate and informative.Attend weekly huddle and discuss all Operations work for the following week.Other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.Skills & ExperienceAt least 2 years in an administrative roleMethodical and accurate approach to numbers.Excellent attention to detail.Reliability and punctual.A flexible approach.Good organisational skills.Microsoft Office knowledge beneficial.Good telephone manner and customers service skills.Ability to manage own time whilst working within a busy team and office.The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
