Huntsman is launching an ambitious global project to drive the harmonisation and efficiency of our End-to-End Customer Fulfilment Processes to capture best in class capabilities across our four business divisions.This is the largest project we have undertaken in our Customer Fulfilment group and is part of a wider global initiative to implement a culture of improvement and drive Supply Chain Excellence in our organisation. The role is therefore instrumental in capturing and implementing customer fulfilment process improvements as part of a robust and well executed global transformation plan.We are looking for a candidate who is ambitious and eager to progress their career in a highly visible role within a global organisation.As the Project Manager, you will have the responsibility for:Defining a transformational vision for best-in-class process and develop implementation roadmap and metrics within the Global Customer Fulfilment Group.Assessing process differences across divisions, drive alignment, establish best practices and refine the roadmap and implementation plan for the digital initiatives for a project which is global and cross divisional in scope.Leading cultural change management through effective influencing of key stakeholder whilst implementing redefined processes to capture improvement opportunities.Ensuring individual projects are implemented in a sustainable manner as well as being delivered to the project plan.Maintaining effective communication with the Steering Committee and PMO Director to identify and escalate process fixes which are critical for success of the strategic programme.Leadership of cross functional, global teams to ensure strong communication in areas of opportunity capturing and escalation whilst leading an ambitious project cadence.Escalate issues and be able to resolve conflicts effectively to keep the programme on track to maximise senior executive time strategic points.Skills & Experience Required:Degree qualification with prior management experience in the improvement of order to cash processes within a production environment with a particular focus on customer fulfilment practices.Excellent project management experience, including the use of robust project management toolsCollaborative yet accountable leaderships skills to effectively influence and engage global teams of indirect reports.High level of tenacity and ambition to ensure the successful delivery of this projectPrevious experience of using SAP, with an understanding of Customer Fulfilment and wider supply chain processesExcellent communication and influencing skills with a high level of self-awareness to drive project teams and deliver on project targets.Strong analytical skills and able to build and present business cases with clear ROI.About Huntsman:Huntsman Corporation is a publicly traded global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals with 2020 revenues of approximately $6 billion.
