Job description

A more than £200 million turnover privately owned SME in Wetherby are looking for an Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

Experience in purchase ledger is essential

Some duties include:

Posting invoices and credit notes and ensuring they are coded correctly in the system
Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
Attaching the correct documentation to invoices and reconciling purchase orders to invoices received
Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email
Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items

This role is open to be a 3, 4 or 5 day a week, full office based vacancy dependant on the candidates needs and wants.

Working hours will be 8:30am -5:30pm however some flexibility could be given on this for the right candidate.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

Job type: Permanent, Full or part time
