Job description

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a SAP S/4 HANA Purchase to Pay consultant for a project with our international client in the Netherlands.

Over the past year our client started a strategic program to transform in a more agile & efficient organization by using state of the art digital technologies and standardized & harmonized end to end processes.

This will enable us to better connect & integrate with our customers and have a truly sustainable future.

This project is the start of a journey where we transform our company in a more future proof digital and efficient organization to support our cost leadership strategy.

• You will be part of the Purchase-to-Pay project team
• You realize implementation of the Purchase-to-Pay functional design
• You realize working relationships with the business stakeholders and you understand the various business models, both on a strategic and tactical level
• You act as a sparring partner between IT, business and Third party suppliers
• You advise process owners and management on identifying, developing and realizing process and IT solutions
• You provide solicited and unsolicited advice to stakeholders about opportunities and solutions for business challenges
• You manage the development of a roadmap and initiatives together with the relevant stakeholders and you ensure a prioritized portfolio of projects/activities
• You identify bottlenecks in current processes and take the initiative to implement (process) improvements

Your skills
For this challenging role you have at least a bachelor degree or HBO with at least 5 years of work experience and in addition:

• Knowledge of the Purchase-to-Pay Process/Source-to-Pay process
• Experience with SAP FICO and MM modules, preferably with S/4 HANA and Fiori Apps
• Knowledge of other invoice management systems (eg Readsoft or other) strongly advised
• Experience with supplier catalogues
• Experience with EDI/API solutions
• Experience of Digital Journey, business transition, configuration, customizing and Global SAP implementations
• You automatically invest in yourself and are up-to-date with trends and form an opinion about the use of applications and processes for the benefit of the customer
• Experience with change processes and team support from the advisor role
• Experience with Agile way of working for development and implementation of Software/Cloud applications
