We are looking for a:
TEAM LEAD HR SERVICES Fulltime (m/f/d)
Do you like a challenge? For this new position our growing department needs a strong leader who can develop and coach our HR service team.
About the role
In order to continue our successful development and the growth of the last years, we are looking for an experienced Teamlead HR Services based in our office in Venlo. You will focus on optimising processes and the digitalization journey of the HR Service team without losing focus on the needs of our internal customers. In our international Team we see HR Service as strong partner in delivering what is needed in time and quality to your fellow workers
What is the scope
You will motivate, support and develop your team (up to 10 employees) in the Netherlands and Germany
Your Service team is responsible for all administrative processes of our employee life cycle in our European locations, with focus on Germany and the Netherlands
HR Services is the first point of contact for our employees in all administrative HR matters and you have the chance to create an employee journey which is outstanding end to end
You design the set-up of a Shared Service Center including evaluation and optimization of existing administrative processes as well as functional and systemic interfaces
You will assume overall functional responsibility for the procedures and processes of the Shared Service Center and responsibility for ongoing optimization and standardization
You will be actively involved in the introduction, further development and operation of comprehensive (digital) HR systems and processes
You will participate in further international HR projects in an agile and ambitious environment with a lot of opportunities to grow personally as well as professionally

About you
You have ideally at least 5 years experience in an HR Service environment, ideally in an international environment
You have a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
You are a passionate leader and bring experience in people management
You bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical as well as solid project management skills
You have a good knowledge of employment law, tax and social insurance requirements for Germany or the Netherlands
You can drive change projects and you see digitalization of HR process as necessary and you are fluent in English and German or Dutch
You do not mind travelling from time to time
The location
Our headquarters and logistics centre are located in Sevenum in the Netherlands near the German border. Other locations are in Tongeren (Belgium), Berlin and Cologne, where employees are employed in marketing, sales and IT.
