Assistant Shopmanager (full-time, 38h p/w)

Job Overview:

As Assistant Shopmanager, you will be a part of a fast pace environment and you are going to be one of the key persons that represents the brand image and the corporate culture of Inditex. We put our business in your hands and you will be the head of your store or your section, a true fashion center. You will coordinate the daily activities and will decide about the product to achieve the commercial objectives that are established. You will organize the human team ensuring its projection. You will make the space of your store profitable so that fashion invades everything. And, above all, you will ensure that each client sees their wishes fulfilled with our fashion. To achieve this, you will have the support of the regional team and the open and flexible communication policy of the Inditex group.

To continue our growth we need your previous managerial experience, your fully availability-flexibility together with your sense of autonomy and your ability to make decisions . We value your knowledge of product, process and trends as well as your commitment to people. Your Responsibilities:

• You understand the collection in all departments and can give detailed analysis to the managers about the products in the collection and the sales figures.

• You are responsible for the Visual merchandising in your departments and will make sure together with your merchandiser that your store looks great each day.

• You support the managers in recruiting, training, planning and motivating the personnel in your store.

• You motivate and guide your team and make decisions in relation to the product to achieve maximum profitability.
