Primary Responsibilities:

* Support the team members through the life cycle of a clinical trial from study start-up to study closure, performing the following duties:

* Interact with internal and external stakeholders (study sites, vendors, etc.) in support of clinical study objectives.

* Payment calculation and execution.

* Tracking and reporting negotiations.

* Ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

* Maintenance of tracking tools and systems.

* Collate, distribute and archive clinical documents.

* Assist with electronic Trial Master File reconciliation.

Skills & Experience:

· Desirable: financial, legal, or experience in a similar clinical position, or CTC, CTA, etc.

· Polish fluent, English communicative in speech, reading and writing.

· Executing payments in particular payments in clinical studies will be added advantage.

· Good level of knowledge of Excel, Word
