Deputy Manager (full-time, 38h p/w)

YOUR MISSION

You will manage the store team in coordination with the Store Manager. Your goal is to maximize sales and build customer loyalty. You are completely oriented towards achieving sales objectives, focusing on product management and operational functions.

YOUR PROFILE

YOUR DUTIES

PEOPLE

You manage people: recruitment, absenteeism, feedback, conflict resolution, motivation.
You have daily and effective communication with the sales team and the Product Manager.
You are in charge of following up on the training plan for new hires and you manage team development, store succession planning and performance.
You manage the in-store budget effectively.
You decide the ideal rotation by always ensuring the right person is present at the right time.
You focus on productivity by monitoring processes and taking corrective actions when necessary.

STORE AND STOCKROOM

You make sure that the Visual Merchandising reflects the current trends and enhances the best sellers.
You use sales information and product knowledge to increase sales.
You are completely Customer Care focused, ensuring that the team is trained to always maintain a high standard in Customer Care.
You solve possible conflicts with customers, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
You guarantee that the stockroom is organized in an efficient way.
You perform the store manager's functions on their absence.

TILL

You know and supervise the till processes, health and safety and administration processes.
You understand and reinforce the company's return policy.
You make sure that restocking and orders are made effectively and on time.
