Job description
Currently we are looking for an experienced *Clinical Research Associate* to strengthen our oncology team here in The Netherlands.
In the oncology business unit the CRA will be working on a large variety of trials from phase I-III, performing all types of visits in The Netherlands. The position can be home-based or office-based in our Amsterdam office, where the Dutch line manage is also located. And not to forget; the office has a great view!
The Clinical Research Associate will perform monitoring and site management activities for Phase I-III clinical research projects to assess the progress of clinical projects at assigned investigative/physician sites (either on site or remotely) and to ensure clinical projects are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, company and sponsor standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP and/or all applicable local and federal regulatory requirements. The CRA performs all tasks routinely and independently, seeking guidance as needed.
For this position we can also consider a more junior CRA. We understand that a junior CRA requires guidance and oversight, while developing an understanding of the drug development and commercialization process. Therefor we offer a place in our Clinical Training Institute which will help you to learn and develop yourself towards an idependant monitorig CRA role. In the first 12 weeks you will completely focus on the trainings. After that you will be asigned to the therapeutic business unit of oncology, where you will be working together with more experienced colleagues.

* Previous monitoring experience in The Netherlands
