Job Overview:

As a Shopmanager you will be a part of a diverse and inclusive fast pace environment and you are going to be the key person that represents the brand image and the corporate culture of Inditex. We put our business in your hands and you will be the head of your store, a true fashion center. You will coordinate the daily activities and will decide about the product to achieve the commercial objectives that are established. You will organize the team ensuring its projection. You will make the space of your store profitable so that fashion invades everything. And, above all, you will ensure that each client sees their wishes fulfilled with our fashion.

To achieve this, you will have the support of the regional team and the open and flexible communication policy of the Inditex group.

To continue our growth we need your previous managerial experience, your full availability-flexibility together with your sense of autonomy and your ability to make decisions. Your Responsibilities:

• You understand the collection in all departments and can give detailed analysis to the managers about the products in the collection and the sales figures.

• You are responsible for the Visual merchandising in your departments and will make sure together with your merchandiser that your store looks great each day.

• You support the managers in recruiting, training, planning and motivating the personnel in your store.

• You motivate and guide your team and make decisions in relation to the product to achieve maximum profitability.

Als Shopmanager maak je deel uit van een diverse en inclusieve omgeving met een hoog tempo en ga je de sleutelfiguur zijn die het merkimago en de bedrijfscultuur van Inditex vertegenwoordigt. We leggen onze business in jouw handen en jij staat aan het hoofd van jouw winkel, een echt modecentrum. Je coördineert de dagelijkse activiteiten en beslist over het product om de vastgestelde commerciële doelstellingen te bereiken. U organiseert het team en zorgt voor de projectie. U maakt de ruimte van uw winkel rendabel, zodat de mode overal aanwezig is. En bovenal zorgt u ervoor dat elke klant zijn wensen vervuld ziet met onze mode. Om dit te bereiken kunt u rekenen op de steun van het regionale team en het open en flexibele communicatiebeleid van de Inditex-groep.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden:

Je begrijpt de collectie op alle afdelingen en kunt gedetailleerde analyses geven aan de managers over de producten in de collectie en de verkoopcijfers.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Visual merchandising op je afdelingen en zorgt er samen met je merchandiser voor dat je winkel er elke dag geweldig uitziet.
Je ondersteunt de managers bij het werven, opleiden, plannen en motiveren van het personeel in je winkel.
Je motiveert en begeleidt je team en neemt beslissingen met betrekking tot het product om een maximale winstgevendheid te behalen.
