Randstad Groep Nederland IT is hiring a domain solution architect salesforce, to support our Dutch salesforce teams in the transition to a new global front-office ;Together with development teams from other Randstad countries, we are working on one global Salesforce-based solution that drives everything that our Randstad consultants do on a day to day basis. Solutions that we deliver on this global scale, will transform Randstad from 39 silo's to one efficient global HR service provider, helping talents during their complete work-life.As Domain Solution Architect you'll be the technical leader of our Dutch Salesforce teams, guiding them to high-end implementations and solutions upon our global Salesforce landscape, whilst continuously inspiring our colleagues from the other Randstad-countries with the solutions that we bring to the table. You'll provide guidance for our Salesforce devops teams and their tech leads in their journey towards delivering business value. You help them with architectural tasks like solution and data design and finding the right trade-offs, while also supporting the architecture team with your technical expertise.Together with our agile teams you will help shape the future of the world's largest HR service provider, by providing technical leadership on all things salesforce for our end-user driven organisation. You will do this by:

• Providing architectural guidance to the scrum teams and their technical leads
• Leading and facilitating cross-team discussions and providing an objective perspective
• Overall solution architecture across all teams in the domain
• Creating business-enabling visions together with PO's and tech leads
• Transforming strategic decisions into actionable designs, roadmaps and policies
• Coordinating and tracking execution with tech leads and product owners
• Liaising with other cross-team chapters ( Security, Product Owner, Scrum Master)

Who are you?You are ready for a next step in your salesforce career and have the experience and skills to transform the way we work. For this we expect:

• a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role (providing technial leadership within salesforce)
• mastery of architectures and frameworks (SOA / TOGAF)
• knowledge of the salesforce platform and its various offerings, developing custom functionality (Lightning, Apex), Einstein Analytics
• Experience with package delivery, specifically with SFDX, unmanaged packages and scratch orgs
• Knowledge of integration options and patterns of Salesforce
• Experience with QA controls and tooling
• Experience with large Salesforce implementations in complex environments (experience with environments spanning multiple countries and cultures is beneficial)
• Experience with cloud technologies (our Dutch teams work on AWS, GCP is also used globally)
• Knowledge of licence structures within salesforce as well as security best practices
• Experience with/knowledge of operationalising architecture in the development teams as well as data/information models
• Ability to communicate between business / strategic stakeholders and technical / architectural levels
• Strong communication skills in English, Dutch is advantageous.
