The Buying Coordinator is part of the E-commerce Buying team and works in close collaboration with the Buying Director and the Buyers. Commercial awareness with a keen interest in the fashion industry and a consumer-centric mindset are key.For this position the requirements are:You have the ability to build relationships with other internal and external teams and functions for personal and business developmentExcellent system skills (Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint)You have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced demanding environment where teamwork is keyA strong eye for detail, great organizational skills and works to a high level of accuracyStrong analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, professional level of EnglishYou live in the Netherlands (speaking Dutch is not a requirement)what will you doThe Buying coordinator supports in all aspects from assisting during the assortment for E-commerce and the daily business to achieve net sales plans, optimized sell-troughs and minimized returns.As part of the trading team, you will also support in monitoring the business through regular site checks, making sure all product has it's right place and all relevant information required, flagging any issues to their E-com support team where needed.As part of the broader E-commerce team, the Buying coordinator will support in additional tasks such as creating reports, gathering samples, check product information for customer service requests.Key responsibilities:Assisting the trade team during the E-commerce buys, manage buy sheetsSupporting the team with entering seasonal orders and in-season capsulesSupporting the launch of new products and monitoring the product on our websiteNegotiate deliveries to ensure consistent and early flow of goods/merchandise to maximize sales and meet planSupport delivering input into creative briefs for style guides, looks, features, promotions, newsletters and projects with the aim of maximizing sell-throughsMaintain and develop best position with vendors and divisionsWorking closely with relevant teams to ensure stock is in the right place at the right timewhere will you workFor the Buying team product is everything - from building the strategy to trading the product live on site. We make sure we have the right product at the right time, buying the strongest possible assortment for the website. The scope of the Buying team is large, we own the relationship with our brands and need to assure that our vision and product knowledge is translated to all other teams.Be part of a team that increases brand engagement and consideration in the markets and drives traffic and conversion at full price.
