For a growing EMEA office in Rotterdam area I am immediately looking for an international Accounts Receivable Specialist for, among others, the Spanish market. In this role you will be in direct contact with your colleagues of the Sales department in Spain and throughout the rest of Europe to make sure all activities from invoicing to communication channels (a-z) go according to internal procedures. You are a connecting factor between international offices and act as a focal point of contact for emerging activities. Does this sound interesting to you, then please read on.Tasks and responsibilities:Manage, monitor and analyze accounts receivablesCarry out various tasks that have to do with payment posting, payment applications, and investigation of errors made on billingsInvestigate missing and unresolved payment issuesInvestigate reasons for missing account records and seek ways to ensure that actions are immediately taken to right the wrongsKeep track of the various payment methods and ensures their proper monitoringEnsure that the irregularities surrounding the payment for the company's services are promptly and adequately giving timely responseFollow up with customers and ensure proper remittance details are provided so payments can be applied correctlyBe proficient in running reports, and in carrying out accurate record keepingCreate accurate records and perform proper documentationKeep company records safe when using modern technologies Qualifications:Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or the equivalent (preferred)1+ year of accounts receivable related experienceFluent in English and Spanish (French and Italian is a plus)Proficiency in accounting, and the ability to offer assistance on accounting functionsExperience using SAPEnthusiasm and involvement in improving business processesAbility to stay focused on tasks, particularly while battling with meeting up with deadlinesAbility to offer proficient solution to problemsAbility to get along with peopleEloquence in communication, both verbal and writtenAbility to make good presentations, analyze report, and respond to accounting issuesProficiency in modern technology applications and ability to use the computerAbility to work without supervision Offer:Working in an international and strongly growing companyAvailability to grow a great international networkSalary between €3000 - €3500Dynamic and positive working environment Are you the international Accounts Receivable Specialist who I a looking for?
