Then you are the Accounts Payable Accountant I am looking for!Tasks & responsibilitiesFollow company processes, controls and policies (sox compliance)Perform month end closes within the AP departmentReceive invoices, perform the necessary validation, invoice booking and execute transactions both timely and accurately (incl invoice on hold, invoice aging, pre payments reports)Perform AP Bank reconciliationResolve issues, serve as resource in troubleshooting complex cases and insure that problems are responded in a timely mannerProvide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors facilities and colleaguesEnsure company policies, processes and procedures are clearly defined updated and documentedImprove day to day processes to increase daily efficiencyContribute to multiple finance projects
