The EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) Sustainability Technician is part of an Integrated Services group for Environmental Health Safety & Sustainability. This role is required to be able to work in teams providing SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and Product Registration services for multiple countries within the boundaries of defined work process.What we offer

• You have Bachelor in chemistry, biology or engineering
• You have experience, preferable administrative background
• You are fluent in English. Additional EU language is a plus
• Knowledge in Microsoft applications like SharePoint, power automate etc is a plus
• You have knowledge of SAP system

What will you do
The day starts by opening the email inbox to see for earnest solicitations, if not you audit the inbox and imprint the order of activities by significance.

For the duration of the day you are relied upon to work closely with the few functional stakeholders, for example, Hazard Communications Expertise or Business Product Stewards to finish SDS discharges or potentially product enlistments on schedule and in consistence with the predefined requirements.

• Record in workflow management tool and manage the product registration
• Interaction with stakeholders to collect data and/or information
• Manage invoices for product registration processes in order to secure timely payment
• Complete submissions of product registrations in accordance with the competent authority procedures
