As a Hello Fresh sales specialist, you are responsible for recruiting new HelloFresh customers for the Flemish market by telephone. HelloFresh is searching for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for producing results and enriching the customer experience. The main function of this role is to represent HelloFresh's brand values while providing solutions and guidance to new and loyal customers.

You:

• Are engaged, optimistic, persuasive and able to bring out the positive in any situation.
• A "Foodie"- fanatical about food!
• Communicative and send clear messages verbally and in written form in French
• Collaborative in a team environment and successful independently
• Are customer obsessed - You have an absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact.
• Are available within openings hours of Hello Fresh customer service: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 20:00.
• Are available for a minimum of 24-28 hours a week and a maximum of 32-40 hours.

You'll get:

• Competitive hourly wage of 12.50 euro's gross an hour.

• Flexible attendance policy; you'll work at least once a week in the office in Zoetermeer. Working at home is also possible during the other workdays.
• Equipment for your home workplace, if your computer is not suitable for working.

You start at Hello Fresh, with a paid training. During this training you will learn everything about hello fresh products, the systems and conversation techniques. At Hello Fresh you work at least 1 day per week at our office in Zoetermeer. The other days you can work from home.
