The Role
Reporting to the VP of Field Business Operations, this role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing activities and initiatives that have broad organizational impact on field operations. This includes initiatives related to driving operational excellence, improving customer and employee experiences and enabling revenue growth. This individual will partner with the VP to identify the areas they must direct their focus and help streamline activities.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and manage communication strategies for Field Business Operations
    • Define and execute direct and extended staff meeting agendas. This includes cadence of town halls, all hands meetings, management meetings, 1 on 1 reviews, and operation reviews
    • Prepare Executive and External presentations.
    • Oversee generation and publication of content to inform internal audiences at all levels as well as external audiences.
  • Contribute to the direction and execution of people planning
    • Coordinate and manage organizational goals & objectives
    • Coordinate employee recognition, communication and culture efforts
    • Lead department efforts to define and manage skills transformation needs.
    • Work with centralized teams in HR Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, and others to implement people strategies
  • Spearhead other cross-functional teams as needed
    • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
    • Collaborate with peers throughout the company, share best practices and implement new ideas and initiatives where appropriate.
    • Engage key stakeholders and cross-functional teams outside of Field Business Operations to achieve corporate and organizational goals.
    • Ensure execution and improvement of key transformation results
  • Oversee management of departmental budgets; identify innovative ways to maximize benefits for resource investment. May require oversight of vendor relationships.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related area
  • Ability to successfully direct cross functional teams to achieve targeted outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Strong copywriting, media design and content creation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative to develop new strategies and outside-the-box ideas
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience with Business Operations and Planning, Business Transformation and/or Management Consulting is a plus
  • Ability to take risks, question norms, unlearn old habits & to not take one's self too seriously

Salary Max : 189360

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
