Title:
TIGER: Sr. IT Business Process Analyst

Sr. IT Business Process Analyst duties include but not limited to:

• Acts as a liaison between IT development groups and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of current systems.
• Evaluates new applications, system requirements, developments in field of expertise, and evolving business needs to recommend appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices.
• Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.
• Provide IT support for the Total Integrated Engine Revitalization (TIGER) program applications and resources at Anniston Army Depot for the execution of the program requirements associated with eMOTs, FBM, THM, PETs, and SAP as well as TIGER Integrated System (TIS).
• Align the IT road map to provide best commercial practices, applications and functional support to the Material Management and Overhaul Teams for the program execution.
• Create project plans, project schedule and defining responsibilities of the project team members for the current business applications and integration of the TIGER processes to required standards.
• Identify and implement Quality and Automation improvements to support productivity and compliance. Manage the activities, resource assignments, progress reporting, status and tracking of the events.
• Support maintenance and customer requested enhancements for TIGER eMOT and related MOT systems.
• Provide expertise in application server and database server maintenance and upkeep for TIGER applications (eMOT, FBM, THM, TIS) and associated middleware.
• Support current and future compliance requirements.

Essential Functions:

Candidate will provide support services to coordinate with functional areas to ensure applications are functioning and identifying improvement enhancements for TEAM eMOT, Total Integrated Engine Revitalization (TIGER) Condition Based Overhaul, FBM, THM and TIGER Parts Ordering Pages, TIGER TCN Entry Page and reports, TIGER Reporting, and TIGER Analytics Website for internal and external customer use. Coordinate requests and setting up new environments, moving applications, making required code or configuration changes to work with new environment, integrating version control, source code safe and auto deployment tools existing applications in the new environment. Identify requirements for the TIGER remote site applications, design and User Application Testing, User Training and Troubleshooting. Provide server/application standard maintenance support such as password changes, vulnerability updates to applications and servers, and normal eMOT and Team application upgrades. Provide first line support for operational or functional system failures with hours of support and on/site/telephone assistance as dictated by the specific application and business requirements. Provide liaison support for Server migrations, compliance, and remediation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• US Citizen
• Able to receive base access
• 10 years of IT experience (experience can be used in lieu of education)
• Undergraduate in related field - In-depth knowledge of eMOTs, FBM, THM, PETs, TIS, and SAP processes
