Job Requirements

Our Staffing Assistant will match qualified candidates with the right position that aligns with their background and skill set. This position will build relationships with candidates in order to best understand where he or she will make the biggest impact. As a Staffing Assistant you will be on the front line of this effort as you build and support relationships with teammates, applicants, and customers.

Work Experience

This will be a part-time position working on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (scheduled days could change based on business needs. Applicant must be flexible to work Saturdays if needed)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Strong Communication skills

• Self-motivated and can work independently

• Enjoy daily challenges and opportunity to see tangible results

• Can enjoy and work constructively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

• Staffing Industry experience (A plus)

• Partner with client to determine staffing needs

• Perform background checks and drug screens

• Follow up on the interview process status

• Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

• Communicate policies and procedures and benefits during screening process

• Stay informed on policies, federal, and state laws regarding employment practices

• Process E-Verify, I-9, background checks & drug testing protocols and compliance Solid understanding and compliance of workers compensation protocol
