Brokerage Operations Support Opportunity in Financial Services

Administrative Assistant, Highland Capital Brokerage


Location(s): 3535 Grandview Parkway, Suite 600, Birmingham, AL 35243

Role Type: Full Time-on-site

Responsibilities:

  • Process inforce requests and research items, including but not limited to delivery requirements
  • Complete follow-ups on pending transfers with carriers and relinquishing companies
  • Perform file management including maintaining all paperwork electronically on SharePoint
  • Process overflow application entry for the team
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Basic Requirements:

  • 1 year of previous work experience in a customer service role

Preferred Requirements:

  • Annuity insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus
