Our partner in Birmingham, AL is searching for a Commercial Property Manager to maintain contact with their commercial tenants and resolve their needs. Prior commercial real estate experience is required to be considered for this role, along with a strong work ethic and superior communication skills.

Job Description:

• Take review of property daily and resolve issues seen
• Supervise property personnel and vendors
• Coordinate payments are sent and returned accurately and timely
• Monitor lease agreements and ensure lease is being upheld
• Schedule property inspections
• Contract for maintenance as needed
• Ensure insurance is up to date and covered for properties
• Maintain files, manage day-to-day tasks
• Partner with corporate partners to ensure accua
• Day Travel required to visit properties and tenets
• Rare overnight travel required bi-yearly

To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:

• Prior commercial real estate experience, preferably on retail properties
• A strong detail-oriented personality
• An extremely professional demeanor
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook

• You also will need to be highly motivated and able to work independently
