The Enterprise Operations Automation Partner plans, designs, supports implementation and monitors change management projects and directs specific portions of larger scale projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understands each line of business in order to anticipate necessary changes in software applications and systems
• Recommends and develops strategies to leadership for implementing appropriate internal changes or responding to external changes
• Ensures automated tools meet the requirements prescribed by the business
• Supports senior staff in the build out of the automation portfolio
• Performs complex conceptual analysis and numeric evaluation / analytics
• Creates current state process maps to hone and optimize into improved future state processes
• Prepares documentation and visuals to streamline development and training for automated manual workflows
• Facilitates the mitigation of risks and issues throughout the deployment phase
• Drives end-to-end business and technical solution by coordinating various phases of agile
• Fosters automation awareness throughout Operations through transparent development and demonstrations
• Solicits feedback from leaders across the Bank to ensure program is supporting business objectives
• Understands and publishes business requirements and clearly documenting them in order for Technology partners to develop automation solutions in short sprints

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or related field
• Four (4) years experience in Automation / Robotic Process Automation

Preferences

• Experience in Financial Services Industry

• Leveraging personal experiences and lessons learned for self-growth

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following robotics automation tools:
  • Blue Prism
  • UiPath
• Knowledge of at least one of the programming tools/languages (e.g., Web, .Net, VB, Java)
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis to identify and recommend pilot scope and validate approach improvements
• Certifications in UIPath preferred but not required
