Job description
We are hiring for a Recruiter to join our growing team at PrideStaff. We have fun, help people navigate the job landscape, and deliver exceptional experiences to the businesses that we serve. Although previous recruiting experience is preferred, the office is open to train individuals with interviewing, scheduling and/or front office work. There is a great training program that continues throughout your career with the company.
What you will be doing as a Recruiter:
- Create and participate in a fun and fulfilling office environment and industry
- Be the first person to answer incoming telephone calls and greet customers
- Input data accurately in the candidate tracking system
- Administer pre-screen, online applications and assessments with candidates.
- Secure new business and expand existing client base
- Ability to consistently exceed key performance indicators and follow a proven recipe for success
- Audit timecards for accuracy
- Ensure quality service by handling customer matters courteously, properly and efficiently
- Schedule candidates for interviews and assessments
- Process employment verifications and documents
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Administer employee recognition program
- Other duties as necessary related to our industry

What we require for the Recruiting Assistant / Recruiter:
- 2 - 4 year degree is preferred
- Recent and relevant professional office experience is required
- Ability to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently.
- Minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Demonstrated successful multi-tasking experiences
- Must be able to communicate English fluently in writing and verbally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail
- Meet and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to pass a basic Microsoft Word, data entry and writing test
- Available to Monday-Friday 7:50 am- 5:00 pm with overtime as needed
- Positive attitude with some sales experience or the ability to sell
- Ability to re-read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals
- Intermediate math skills

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17-$22 plus commission
